Lean Production

During 9^th -13^th February there was outstanding event in our company – workshop dedicated to improvement of the “Lean Production” principles.

Team leaders, specialists and production supervisors took part at that workshop.

Such a training group will be able to spread and implement acquired skills at each production sites.

The corporate training included a lot of different methods of “Lean Production” implementation, as well as already known the sheet of the current state, the main principals of “Lean Production” and new techniques of Hosin Kanry, А3-Х matrix.

There were a lot of practical experiments which allowed to reconsider many things. That workshop resulted in acquiring necessary theoretical knowledge and there is high time to implement it at the factory!
