Participation in the competition leading performance for the Cup to them . A.K.Gasteva

There was audit within the All-Russian competition of leaders of productivity on the Cup of A. K. Gastev at IZTT on 27th and 28th October. Competition is held among the companies and corporations which achieved good results in increase of efficiency of production systems.
The coach-consultant of Orgprom Group Vyacheslav Snegirev, the director of production of JSC VIP Scientific-industrial Complex Anastasia Tsvetkova, and the head of department of the organization of intra holding interaction of JSC Tagras-holding Rustem Rassulov became guests of our factory.
The factory, goals,  achieved results, features of introduction of a production system on IZTT was researched within action.
After the carried-out work on studying of aspects of the IZTT production system auditors noted well developed system of training and development of the personnel, favorable starting conditions and potential for further development of the factory.
