“Practical course training on themes: "The quality built in process" and "Tools of solving the problems""

It was carried out practical course training on two themes: “The quality built in process" and "Tools of solving the problems" from 23rd till 25th  of June in IZTT.

Participants, representatives of different plants and factories from Izhevsk, Perm and Moscow were acquainted with production of JSC “IZTT” where were introduced operating examples of tools of a production system - 5C, TPM, standardization, techniques of the solving the problems etc. These tools at the Factory are in continuous improvement and development and became part of production. Then the training manger of group of companies “Orgprom” Dmitry Vysochy provided practical course training where participants became familiar with tools of a production system according to the solving the problems and ways on maintaining the statistical analysis of quality. “Orgprom” is the leading Russian provider rendering services in development of Lean Thinking System (Lin, Kaydzen, Toyota Production System).
